2025 Conference Registration
There are three conference registration options: both days of the conference, just the first day, or just the second day. All registrations include all meal functions for the days being registered. All attendees and vendors are welcome to attend Monday's Reception, regardless of which days they're registered for. Note when registering online, your state association (CEMA, MEMA, OHIRI) will receive the appropriate registration fees for your registration.
At the moment the only way to register as an attendee is to click on the online attendee registration button above. Note sponsors also can register attendees via the sponsorship registration button, in which case they don't need to register via the attendee registration button as well as that just duplicates their attendance. You can also register for the Kickoff Reception on Wed., Sep. 24 as an option within conference registration, or you can register for the reception separately from conference registration HERE.
Full Conference Registration $355
Includes both days of the conference and all meals, breakouts sessions and reception.
Day One Conference Registration $275
Includes registration for just the first day of the conference, Thursday Sep. 25, and all meals, breakouts sessions and reception on that day.
Day Two Conference Registration $210
Includes registration for just the second day of the conference, Friday Sep. 26, and all meals, breakouts sessions and reception on that day.
Lunch ONLY: Thursday, Sep. 25 $75
Includes registration for the luncheon on Thursday, Sep. 25 which includes the CEMA Awards Luncheon, the CEMA Annual Meeting, and the Keynote Address. NOTE: if you're registered for the full conference or for Day One, then lunch is already included and you don't need to sign up for this separately.
Lunch ONLY: Friday, Sep. 26 $75
Includes registration for the luncheon on Friday, Sep. 26 which includes the second-day keynote. NOTE: if you're registered for the full conference or for Day Two, then lunch is already included and you don't need to sign up for this separately.
Pre-Conference Kickoff Reception: Wednesday, Sep. 24 - Complimentary
There will be a checkoff box on your online registration after you indicate what your conference registration will be. If you intend to go to the Kickoff Reception be sure to check this option so we can order the right amount of complimentary food and drink for you. Thanks!
Cancellation Policy - Full refund if we receive your cancellation by Thursday, Sep. 18
